As an HR Liaison for CALA, I work closely with the HR, AP and REWS team to assist with any issues within our region.

  • This includes payroll, benefits such as car and meal allowances, life insurance, etc., onboarding and offboarding/termination process and assisting all regions to become integrated into the corporate credit card program

  • I also assist the teams by translating both orally on calls and written in various kinds of documents

  • We started with a monthly meeting to discuss and open/pending issues in the region.With meticulous follow throughs, we were able to resolve many of the issues within a year, and the monthly meetings became quarterly.Today, I am glad to say that we have these meeting on a “need to” basis.

  • Worked closely with HR by providing feedback on our internal webpage to ensure that the CALA employees have access to all of the HR and AP tools and are now able to request any assistance by opening a Help Desk ticket.
